Enrollment
Prior to the child's attendance at TTCC, an interview with the child's parent(s)/legal guardian is required. The following forms and fees must be on file.
- Registration form
- $75 Registration Fee (Due every October)
- Copy of the Agreement to Pay
- Emergency Medical Authorization form
- Copy of child's current Immunization record.
- Copy of Special Activities from.
- Registration Copy of the agreement to abide by rules and policies set forth in the handbook and registration papers.
- Signature acknowledging receipt of handbook.
- USDA food program enrollment form.
- A current state physical examination form must be provided within 3 weeks of admission and updated every year of attendance until entrance into kindergarten.
Child's birth certification must be shown for all infants and preschoolers prior to enrollment.
We encourage parents to bring their child to see the center and visit with faculty prior to enrollment.
Tuition
Tuition is due in advance on the Friday prior to the week of service. A $15 late fee will be assessed for all payments made after Friday. Check is the preferred method of payment; however; if paying cash, you must give money to the in-charge person and receive a receipt for your cash payment. If full payment has not been made by Wednesday morning, TTCC reserves the right to terminate your child's enrollment until full payment has been received. No reimbursement or discount can be given for absence due to sickness or vacation, with the following exceptions:
- Children may take 1-week vacation per calendar year and pay one half the tuition for that vacation week. Advance notice of vacation plans to the director is requested.
- Children who are hospitalized for any reason will not incur tuition during their hospitalization stay.
Returned Checks
There is a $40.00 service charge on all returned checks. NO EXEPTIONS!
If more than one returned check is received, TTCC reserves the right to mandate future payments be made by cashier's check, money order or cash.
Part-Time Enrollment
Child-teacher ratio is priority at TTCC, therefore, once your child is enrolled for specific days, they must remain the same week to week. The daily rate will be added for any additional days or change of days, not to exceed the weekly tuition rate. A 2-week written notice must be given to permanently change days and will be granted based on availability for that age group. We understand emergencies happen and an extra day may be needed on occasion. Call and we will be happy to work with you, if at all possible.
At least 3 days enrollment for preschool is requested to aid in the child's transition and for the child to receive benefits of the curriculum.
Withdrawal Notice
The parent/legal guardian must provide
two weeks
written notice of the withdrawal of their child(ren). Tuition is to be paid for these two weeks whether or not the child attends during this time. The
written notice must be given to the director in order to be signed and a copy returned to you. If two weeks written notice is not given, full tuition payment is to be received until proper notice is received, as outlined in the
Agreement to Pay.
Termination
TTCC reserves the right to immediately terminate a child's enrolment for the following reasons:
- Parent's failure to cooperate.
- Parent's failure to abide by TTCC rules and policies.
- Language and Literacy Development
- Child's continuous misbehavior while under care that is deemed by the management to be detrimental to staff, other children or self.
